- 10 g propolis resin
- 100 ml high-proof alcohol (> 70% vol.)

Crush up the resin and place the pieces in a sealable glass container. Then pour the alcohol over it. Close tightly and leave the container in a bright spot for about four weeks. Avoid direct sun. After this period you can carefully filter the finished tincture through a fine sieve and transfer it to small dropper bottles. Done!
